Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 16 August 2026

Privacy Policy Terms & Conditions Refund Policy

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ops365 ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, signing a service agreement with us, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What Ops365 is

Ops365 is an operations platform for internet, cable, and telecom operators, covering complaint management, bill collection with online payments, field team tracking, sales CRM, and payroll. It's used by an operator's own staff (admins, employees) to manage the operator's own customers.

2. Eligibility & your account

  • You must be authorized to act on behalf of the operator business you register.
  • Information you provide at signup must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • You're responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, including that of staff accounts you create. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Plans & billing

Ops365 subscription plans and pricing are as described on our Pricing page and confirmed with you individually before your account goes live — plan terms, billing frequency, and payment method are set out in the service agreement or order confirmation for your account. Prices we publish are indicative starting prices and may change going forward; any change agreed with you takes effect only for a subsequent billing period, never retroactively for one already paid.

Refunds for subscription fees you've paid us are governed by our separate Refund Policy. This is separate from any online payments your own customers make to you through the platform (see the next section) — those funds and any dispute over them are between you and your customer, not Ops365.

4. Online payments from your customers

If you enable online bill payment for your customers (via Razorpay or Cashfree), you are responsible for configuring accurate billing amounts, for your own customer-facing refund/dispute practices, and for complying with applicable law in how you bill and communicate with your customers. Ops365 facilitates the payment flow as a platform and payment-gateway integration; we are not a party to the underlying billing relationship between you and your customer.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Ops365 for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another operator's account or to our systems, or interfere with the service's normal operation;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • Use automated means to scrape, overload, or abuse the service beyond normal, good-faith use.

6. Your data

You own the operational data you and your staff enter — your customers, complaints, billing records, and field-team data. You grant us the limited right to store, process, and transmit that data solely to provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on how data is handled, including our role as your data processor for your own customers' information.

7. Intellectual property

Ops365's software, design, branding, and name are our property (or that of our licensors) and are not transferred to you by using the service.

8. Service availability & changes

We work to keep Ops365 reliably available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, add, or remove features as the product evolves. Enterprise agreements with a specific SLA are governed by the terms of that agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate as set out in your service agreement, or, absent one, with reasonable written notice. We may suspend or terminate an account for a violation of these Terms or non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, liability, governing law) continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Ops365 is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Ops365 is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.

13. Contact us

Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@ops365.in.
